SednAir MP5
SednAir MP5 centrifugal compressor controller is designed to replace existing Ingersoll-Rand MP3 centrifugal compressor control systems. The SednAir MP5 consists of two hardware components, the backplane and MMI, and two software components the CPU and MMI control logic. The system is designed to utilize the existing enclosure and auxiliary devices such as relays, starters, transformers, power supplies, etc., and is considered a “plug and play?system. The primary reasons for upgrading to an MP5 control system are MP3 obsolescence and dramatically improved system control and power efficiency.
